Executive-customer service center
Your responsibilities
Preparation of quotation and statistics.
Maintain accuracy in master data, quotes and sales order.
Review delivery and provide early warning signals in case of delay in service and communicate the same to customers.
Monitor receivables and communicate overdue payment to customers.
Manage all workflow related to customer service center(customer master, credit limit, contract review, off spec etc)
Prepare mis reports.
Work towards achieving kpi and dpi.
Your profile
Any graduate/ mba in marketing.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/ marketing.
Techno-commercial background/experience.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong social and intercultural competancies.
Good communication and social skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken english.
