Job summary
We are looking for a smart, results-oriented associate site merchandiser to be a part of the high impactful in homepage, events & deals team, focused on customer experience on amazon homepage, deals & high velocity sale eventsThe successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing activations for deals team & homepage team – during regular business days & high velocity sale eventsThis role is based in bangalore.
Key job responsibilities
1Working with in deals team to plan & execute marketing / merchandising initiatives for the year.
2Working with in events team & in homepage team to plan & execute initiatives for high velocity sale events.
3Owning merchandising & curation of activation landing pages.
4Activating traffic enhancing levers (cross catg access-points, mail/app push/sms, pr/gr, content team collaboration, social, etc.) for the activation.
5Running and analyzing performance reports & planning for improved experience.
6The associate site merchandising must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.
1Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendation 2Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include html, xml and excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly 3Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
