Position summary:
At aprimo, sales development representatives (sdrs) will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts and help grow pipeline for the sales team and the organizationThe sdr will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contactThis role will be primarily focused around researching target accounts and performing outreach with multi-channel communications: emails, calls, and social media.
What you will be responsible for:
Marketing, promoting, and bringing brand awareness to prospects by persistent outreach through all communication avenues
Consistent high-quality and detailed research at the account, department and persona levels to ensure that the outreach is accurate, organized, personalized and customized
Generating interest and engaging with prospects that will lead to scheduling initial meetings for the sales team
Gathering and documenting in-depth qualification information that will enable the sales team to be well prepared for their first meeting with the prospect
Meet or exceed daily outreach metrics of 40 calls and 45 emails
Maintaining data hygiene, documenting progress, and logging all activities in salesforce
Develop and maintain market knowledge and competitor positioning to be a credible advisor in this space
Identify and attend relevant industry events that support pipeline creation
Working with customer marketing, sales and customer success teams on customer expansion accounts
Help as needed on special projects and events

Target compensation: target of $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 depending on background and level of experience; compensation is comprised of a base salary and commissions structure
Candidate qualifications & why you’re a great fit for the role:
The essentials
Minimum 2 years of experience in progressively responsible business development/sales development
Experience in working in a similar role within a software provider, saas, digital or technical sales environment
Proven track record in articulating solution selling points via all communication channels
Proven track record of booked meetings, meetings held and strong performance against target
Abm prospecting experience into enterprise accounts is highly preferred
Expert business development success through effective use of core sales tools: salesforce, salesloft/outreach, linkedin, bombbomb videos, zoominfo, microsoft office, microsoft teams etc.

The ability to focus on identifying and selling to business challenges, not just the technology
Knowledge of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided

Physical requirements:
Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
Must be able to perform light physical work that includes lifting or moving objects up to 20 lbsOr medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds on occasion
Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information, including conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly
Must possess the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication at normal speaking levels
Must be able to repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (i.e., repeated typing, etc.)
