The world`s largest electric automotive manufacturers have leveraged the company`s unrivaled expertise from the very beginning of the ev wave, and numerous big names in mobility are quietly co-engineering solutions with the team at this very moment.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Verify and approve the invoices of vendors for payment processing.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Ability to maintain work flow in a fast-paced environment willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources
Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Associate’s degree in a related field.
Prior 2+ yrs administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Proficient in ms office
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail.
Multilingual may be preferred or required.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
