Job description
As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:
Work alongside other research scientists to continually evolve ai therapeutics` proprietary drug prediction platform guardian angel
Develop and train various deep learning architectures to predict salient biological and chemical features
Collaborate with the team in developing proprietary datasets and algorithms
Evaluate performance of data analysis algorithms with respect to predicting new disease treatments
Collaborate with wet lab team to validate and refine predictions
Qualifications
Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
Phd in a stem discipline, preferably with biology and/or chemistry expertise
Demonstrated success developing and applying machine/deep learning tools to solve problems in chemistry and/or biology
Expertise in geometric deep learning
Ability to rapidly implement algorithms based on specifications or publications
Fluent in python, standard machine learning libraries and tensorflow or pytorch
You deeply identify with core ai therapeutics values
