Recruiting services is seeking a leader to manage training and quality programs teamThe ideal candidate is obsessed about the customer experience, never settle for good enough, and continually inspire others to do better for the customerThis role will have a track record of flawless execution; continuous improvement of large service operations, tools, and processes; and demonstrating ownership as well as bias for actionYou will be expected to lead and manage trainers , quality analyst and program managersYou will partner with program managers, subject matter experts, operations leaders, instructional designer, and the training team to identify needs and to build, iterate and execute training development for internal & external customersThis is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting and fast paced business, make history, and have fun!
Key job responsibilities
1Lead a fast-growing org of 15-25 amazon leaders from l3 - l5
2Ensure high quality in training delivery, quality and programs
1Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs.
2Create, organize, administer, maintain, and manage training.
3Provide feedback on learning objectives and content outlines, as needed.
4Improve training efficacy by driving implementation of training interventions in various programs.
5Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and down-stream-impact periodically and report on them.
1Lead and set vision for content management and develop customer focused approach
1Knowledge of recruiting
2Experience in adult learning theory, instructional design, training delivery, and training evaluation.
3Proven track record of delivering large scale, complex and cross functional projects and programs.
4Ability to converse with technology teams to bridge the language gap between business and tech.
