Key job responsibilities
Partner with the executives and their directs, proposing and driving process improvements and positive changes in their teams;
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements;
Ownership of the annual calendar, planning and organizing the main business and hr-related cycles;
Management & coordination of travel to multiple international locations;
Space planning strategy and implementation;
Event planning and coordination of team meetings, business planning meetings, offsites, all-hands, and social events;
Expenses, budget management, headcount tracking, and org chart management;
Communication management (internal and external), e.g., drafting and improving announcements, presentations, change management comms, etc.;
Project management (meeting agendas, tracking key deliverables and action items, reporting, maintain operational metrics or kpis for the business, change management, create & implement office processes & procedures, etc.);
Employee morale (employee engagement, team and org-wide events, celebrations, newsletters, etc.);
May assist with interviewing, training, or mentoring of additional hires;
Relationship management of global stakeholders;
Independent problem-solving & ownership for administrative issues / escalations business-wide
